The position is seated in Brazil, near São Paulo, that’s why we want to meet someone with International flair, love for different cultures and willing to put himself/herself to the test.


Education, skills and competences

Technical skills

Higher education in  Engineering or Economic Studies, with significant management and social skills
Job experience in industrial sectors
Proficiency in Portuguese language and knowledge of Brazilian culture is essential
Fluency in English is a must
Knowledge of other languages is a plus
Qualified experience as Sales Responsible or other commercial functions (Key Account Manager…)
Deep knowledge of Latin-American market
Professional background within the automotive and/or household appliances industries
Current residence in Brazil or availability to relocate to Brazil
Willingness to travel
Excellent computer skills (MS office tools, Excel in particular)

Main tasks and activities

Maintaining contact with the Headquarter, coordinate product and sales line positioning as well as cross-Region upselling processes
Drafting the company’s business plan, with the purpose of identifying new sales opportunities
Analyzing market and competition
Establishing direct contact with customers in Latin American and best-practice relationship management
Coordinating and paying regular visits to customers
Boosting customer acquisition and building long-term relationships based on mutual confidence
Developing and drafting commercial offers and framework agreements
Managing sales negotiation
Monitoring the consistency of products with respect to different customers’ requirements
Strengthen the distribution network on an international level
Implementing marketing and communication actions
Maintaining a close cooperation with other departments and services (Technical Department, Production, Purchasing Department, Warehouse…) so as to ensure a consistent alignment of strategies and actions and a smooth communication flow among sales functions and other departments
Maintaining and implementing customer care procedures, both before and after sales
Analyzing sales data and issuing sales-related reports
Coordinating sales staff
