PROFILO

Technical skills

Bachelor's degree required
Experience as Executive Assistant in International structured Companies
Excellent knowledge of English and Italian, both written and oral
Proficienct in Microsoft office, Adobe Acrobat and Social Media web platforms

Soft skills

Proactive self- starter person with the ability to work independently
High dynamic and resourceful with a stand out problem solving attitude
Service oriented and flexible
Excellent institutional communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong leadership, willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges

 


MANSIONI

The person will support and assist President and CEO in the everyday activities and in the business. 
The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external contactson all matters pertaining to the Office of the President.

In particular, the person will take over the following activities:

  • Managing the day-to-day operation of the Office and supporting the CEO’s activities
  • Translation of formal documents 
  • Arranging travel and accommodation for the CEO and the other executives
  • Producing information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying and transmitting text, data, graphics, reports and presentations
  • Taking care of all correspondence  and drafting letters and documents
  • Maintaining executive’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences and travels
  • Welcoming guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone
  • Maintaining customer confidence and protecting operations by keeping information confidential
  • Preparing reports by collecting and analyzing information
  • Contributing to the team effort
