An exciting opportunity has now arisen for a Plant Manager to join their team.

The position is seated in Poland, that’s why we want to meet someone with International flair, love for different cultures and willing to put himself/herself to the test.

Education, skills and competences

Technical skills

Academic degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electronic Engineering
More than 5 years working experience
Significant experience as a Plant Manager
Strong electromechanical manufacturing background
Deep knowledge in automotive or home appliance market
Deep knowledge in industrial process and Lean manufacturing
Cost control and inventory management
Fluent in English
Fluent in Italian
Good knowledge of Polish or Russian language, is a plus

Soft skills

Strong people management skills, including leadership, conflict resolution, assertiveness, negotiation and influence management
Efficient and effective Communication
Decision maker
Demonstrating flexibility and willingness to operate out of established framework

Main tasks and activities

According to the Headquarter guidelines, he/she will manage and be responsible for Manufacturing, Shipping, Receiving, Quality, Purchasing, Maintenance, Cost Control, Human Resources, Environmental Health & Safety

The aim of the position is to implement corporate rules of action, directives, strategies, and philosophies and ensure adherence to the Group’s Mission and Targets.
