Deputy General Manager

The position is located in Poland, that’s why we want to meet someone with an International flair, love for different cultures and willing to put himself/herself to the test.

 

Education, skills and competences

Technical Skills

  • Academic degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electronic Engineering
  • Master or training courses in Business Administration
  • More than 10 years working experience
  • Experience as a Plant Manager in a manufacturing company
  • A significant, although brief, experience as a General Manager is a nice to have
  • Strong understanding of leverage financial data in decision-making process. By analyzing financial statements, such as the balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows, you know how to gain insight into your organization’s financial health and performance, and determine how to suitably apportion resources
  • Strong electromechanical manufacturing background
  • Deep knowledge of automotive, home appliance or medical market
  • Strong knowledge of industrial processes and Lean manufacturing
  • Significant experience in implementation of complex Lean principals as they apply to manufacturing operations
  • Proven success designing, implementing, communicating, and meeting KPI goals, including reducing supply chain costs, improving through-put, shortening cycle time, and improving inventory turns
  • Fluent in English and Polish
  • A good knowledge of German and Italian is considered a plus
