The client we are supporting in this recruitment drive is a leading international group specializing in automotive and white goods components.
We are looking for a
Quality Process Assurance Manager
who wishes to support the Group in fostering a culture focused on excellence and the ‘right first time’ principle.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical or Electronical Engineering
- Specialization in Quality Systems Management
- Languages: Italian and English
- IATF 16949/ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification
- Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Ishikawa
- At least 8 years’ experience in the same role within multinational organizations
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation
- Ability to motivate and lead a team
- Someone with excellent ability to manage stress and pressure effectively.
Main responsibilities
- Develop, implement, maintain and improve the Quality Management System
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Plan and manage internal process and system audits
- Coordinate external certification audits and customer audits
- Monitoring processes and managing CAPA
- Ensuring the effectiveness of implemented actions through structured follow-ups
- Periodic reporting on quality indicators (scrap, complaints, costs)
- Willingness to travel is required
